MATT PENNY as Tom

Matt has produced and directed many plays, including the Australian premier of Withnail and I (2001). As an actor he’s appeared in countless plays and short films, as well as the feature films Plum Role and The Actress. Matt is an award winning animator and playwright, and also works as a stand-up comedian and magician.

Matt said, ‘I think it's great that local film makers are staying in Perth to ply their trade.  I think it's even better that they've decided to cast me in their film. It's exciting to see an intelligent script that doesn't bow to the Aussie stereotype.’
